attack speed in weapon vs on nodes/rings

hey so i got a question about how bonus atk attack speed is considered

2 bows

for example

1 imperial bow 1.50 atk speed

1 lions eye glare 1.50 + 20% IAS = 1.80 atk speed

if i have a ring of 10% attack speed

what would the effect be on my attack speed? I know it is additive on the base attack speed of an item, but does the weapon mod change the actual base attack speed?

basically does the 10% give the same amount of bonus attack speed to both bows?
or does it give the lionseye more?

thanks guys
local attack speed is applied to the bow, then the attack speed from passives are multiplied.

(bow_base_speed * local_ias) * (passive_ias1 + passive_ias2)
PoE forums ignore list script:

0.4: added "ignore" button. ignore list is now saved locally.
just so im correct

basically a lionseye bow with 1.8 atk speed is as if 1.8 is the base atk speed?
and 1.8 is the number used for all additional atk speed passives not the 1.5

nah

it'd be as if the lioneye's got a 30% (20% from the bow + 10% from the ring) bonus from 1.5 base amount

so u are saying that everytihng is still off the 1.5

thats not what the guy above is saying
kodr's method is the correct one.

IAS on weapons is a local mod, modifying the attack speed of the weapon itself. That modified number is the "weapon attack speed" that's used as the basis for all other IAS sources.

(bow_base_speed * bow_ias) * (passive_ias + ring_ias + glove_ias + etc)
which basically means that buying the lionseye with the highest atk speed is whati actually want to do as opposed to point for point highest dmg
