Ersi, Mother of Thorns infinite respawn bug

Saw on the wiki that this has been fixed in the past, but after an hour of kiting and killing (literally hundreds) of some pretty gnarly baddies I can confirm it still exists. Truly bothers me since it had a seed I've never seen before. Something about 'locking in a random modifier' or some such. Kinda hoping I'm not the only one who's had this?

Were you damaging the main body (the pillar-thing) as well?

My understanding is that it keeps spawning mobs until the main body takes a certain amount of damage.

If you stay far away and just kill the spawns, the phase will never end.

As much as I could. I thought that might've been the issue as I had a really hard time getting close to her. Switched to Storm Brand in my 6L for the last couple portals, kept hitting her with it every 10 seconds as I ran by for a good twenty minutes. Same setup took out every 4 stone conqueror in a jiffy (except Drox stupid banners).. So unless she has about 100x the health of those guys, I doubt that was the issue. But it was a corrupted unidentified map so who knows. But I had no problem 'above ground'. The baddies that kept spawning were insanely tanky. Wish I had recorded it because I had no time to look at any of the mods/buffs she or the mobs had.

Yes it seem so. People even reported that the process may take 20 minute....and some people 20 minute and wasted all portals
