(Suggestion) Interrelationships Between Passive Increases/Decreases To AoE And Environments

I was thinking about how to create a dynamic experience that would directly effect the player interactions within an environment, mechanically based on AoE, by developing an interrelationship with the players passives/gear. Increases to AoE could increase bounds, for example, to Conqueror arenas as first entered values rather than changes while inside of the arena. Another example, could be increases to escorting ranges/circles or distinct map affix interactions. I would also like to bring up verticality bounds as a way to introduce newer supports for current skills. And, that's all I got. Thanks for your time.
