Black screen flicks

Hello! Couldn't find any thread like this so I'm making one.

Recently my PoE started flickering black screens from time to time, this is like monitor would shut off for a milisecond.

Tried switching cables, hdmi, displayport, etc... nothing fixed the problem, started thinking if it was my monitor's problem or gpu but seems like it only happens while I have Path of Exile open.

Did my tests playing other games (League of Legends mostly) obviously they do consume less resources than Path of Exile, but they didn't have this problem in like 2 hours of game, but PoE starts flicking at the first hour usually...

Not sure how to fix this problem, if someone knows or had solved this problem please leave it here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated tbh.

EDIT: Forgot to add that I have played League of Legends while having Path Of Exile open on background and I didn't have any flicks on that time so I'm assuming its a problem with PoE, but never had it and don't know how to fix it

EDIT3: Played some normal maps without a single flick, then went back to my normal delirium mapping and got a flick at the first min inside the map, apparently its a delirium issue

EDIT4: Tried some stuff and noticed it flickes my entire screen while its not on fullscreen (vsync on and off), playing it on window mode to check and background flickes aswell as the game.
