No Valid Mods error when harvest crafting

I am trying to use remove non-cold add cold harvest craft on a helmet to remove the Intelligence suffix, and add nearby enemies have -9% to cold resistance. The helmet is item level 85 and as redeemer influence. The other cold mods are blocked. The harvest bench gives the error no valid mods when using remove non cold add cold. Below is the helm.
Before the most recent patch I used a similar craft to make another helmet Is the no valid mods message an intended behavior? If it is, are the affix groups, "ChanceToFreeze" "LocalDisplayNearbyEnemyColdDamageResistance" mutually exclusive now? Is Nearby enemies have -9% cold resistance no longer cold tagged for harvest? Is intelligence cold tagged, or unable to be removed by harvest crafts? Last bumped on Feb 27, 2021, 11:53:25 PM

its bugged but will work eventually if you click the button multiple times.
I don't know how GGG failed the non to X crafts when it has 2 of that mod type and a 3rd valid option. |

Thanks! Hitting it multiple times worked. I tried it twice, and I had a friend try on their craft bench before posting this thread but didn't think to try more. So if anyone else gets the error "No Valid Mods" and you are sure there is a valid mod just try a bunch of times
