3415421600: Constrictor disappeared and never game back

Constrictor (Elder Guardian) phased out during the fight and never came back. Relogging and coming back to the arena did not fix it.

I have the Uncharted Realms node that causes another guardian to join the fight and causes the first guardian to heal to full. The Eradicator joined the fight this time and I was able to kill them.

The Maven was witnessing the fight.

The map had no mods.
