Bosses can be perma frozen with nearly 0 cold dmg

Hey all,

I noticed on my Poison PF, I perma freeze some unique mobs, mostly Metamorphs. I just killed Sirus A8 and he was perma frozen in the last phase, but it could've been the whole fight. I use a voltaxic rift bow with a divergent scourge arrow and scale lightning/chaos damage mostly, but I have an abyss jewel with 4 to 8 cold dmg to attacks as my only source of cold damage.

It doesn't happen all the time, but quite often to be noticeable.
