How to get Ritual Bases ilvl84+?

There are ilevel 86 bases on trade, which is higher than 84 obvs. Also I've seen ritual rewards (though not ritual bases specifically) with ilevel 86 in t15/16 maps.

Pretty sure it's just double RNG that you get a ritual base and it also happens to be boosted ilevel.

People sometimes rant about "T19 100% deli full juiced map". As long that's not a meme, it means there is a way to raise even further the level of the area.

Perhaps by stacking 3 of those Watchstones Nubatack linked? They are Ivory, after all.

Anyway, thank you for sharing your experience. At this point I wonder if there is 1-2 rewards that gets a "+1 level" bonus at each Ritual
