Elemental Reflect - Mark of the Shaper Volatile anomaly

ok so i changed the glove enchant, and it is the same anomaly flys of on a pop on single monster reduced es by 1/3.

Still on Mark of the shaper it says cast anomaly on kill , since most effects wont trigger because mines do the kill, it is clearly a bug.
