2x same mod Cluster jewel question

I don't any reason why not, but just checking.

I use 2 cluster jewels that have "Vast Power" for the area of effect per power charge.

My area is already pretty large so it's kinda hard to see it, but am I benefiting from both of them?

3% area per power charge (I have 10) so I get 60% increased area?

yes. cluster jewel notables are the ONLY notables that you can use multiple of the same and get their effects.
