Maven doesn't recognize that Guardian of the Phoenix was defeated, still debuffing me.

Was clearing shaper guardians to do the formed invite, and after defeating the Phoenix Guardian, I noticed I wasn't given credit for the win. I then noticed that the Maven wasn't despawned and was still throwing out debuffs as though the fight hadn't ended.
