Namharim, Born of Night (vivid/yellow harvest boss) infinite adds phase

Had a harvest plot with this boss and (I think) I instantly killed the boss due to explodey chest prolif. However, the add phase was still activated even though the boss was dead. There was no way to end this phase via lowering the boss's hp as it was already dead. I stayed in the harvest zone for around 10 minutes killing the adds but nothing else happened.



The boss was not present in the central vine structure (highlighted with green circle), as seen in the screenshot. I also walked around the entirety of the harvest garden to look for the boss and it was nowhere.

This effectively bricked that plot and the remainder of the harvest.
