+1 to character lvl ?

torn cloak in heist got this mod +1 to character lvl , what does that mean?

your rogue has an extra lvl while hes wearing that cloak

character level is the same as area level in the game. ie you run a lvl83 contract your rogues will be level 83 unless you have + character level.
There is also a plus level to jobs that raises the level of the job your rogue can do. |

+1 Job level is better than Character level.

" job level boosts each rogues unique abilities(as long as it is their main job). aka things like less alert from opening chests. + character level is just more damage for the rogues. |
