Who said aurastacking is dead?
This is a continuation of my 3.12 build: Knusethus's Jugg BV Aurastacker In Ritual playing Jugg was no longer viable as there was to few nodes to reach on the tree to compensate for the clusters nerf. With scion the build works just as good as in 3.12. Auras and CI combined with Guardian and Juggernaut ascendancys on Scion gives huge survivability, and with all of the aura effect stil available, the power of Auras are still not to be discounted. Damage stacking on the tree comes from physical large cluster jewels and non-curse aura medium jewels. DPS with the right bow and gear scales endlessly, since this build does not use uniques except for Circle of guilt rings and a few unique jewels. While the build is expensive for endgame, it is possible to start out on a budget clearing maps easily and upgrade along the way. No item is "required" for it to function properly. The build should work very well with any physical spell skill. Converted or not. I choose to not convert and use Pride/flesh and stone. With Hatred and Herald of Ice, everything that is not freeze immune are frozen solid with absolutely no cold scaling on any gear or node. Gear
All the visible rare gear can easily be crafted with Awaken combine and Harvest. All the pieces are self made except the bow.
- Hatt enchant is optional between any 50% aura reserve reduction - Adjust resists to level/multipliers of auras, when you get enough non-curse aura effect you can remove all resistance from gear and focus on influence stats. - Tailwind does not affect dps of BV so i dont use it, if you love movespeed go for that :) - Since this build absolutely destroys all trash content; stay clear of any "on kill" effects from gear and focus on influence stats that affects bosses. Gear priority: +lvl of gems bow>circle of guilt rings>explosion chest>lab enchant>the rest
Jewels
Uniques: Watcher's Eye, use prefered mods. There are many good ones! Rare: Stats to look for: Reserve implicit as you need it, ES>Multi>critt chance, physical damage/spell damage Medium cluster: - In the start, use as many Cost reduction nodes as needed for puritys/discipline. When your jewels have enough reserve, switch reserve to first among equals/replenishing precence. - For a huge boost in Aura effect, use Purposefull Harbringer combined with 2 or 3 Heralds. Large cluster: 3 Identical large clusters, or alternately 1 could be a cold cluster with Blast-Freeze
Flasks
Cinderswallow, Basalt flask, Quicksilver and a Diamond flask are the basic flasks. Bottled faith when/if you can afford it, and Taste of Hate is also very good.

Blade vortex: - Only Unleash and Empower are required - The others can be switched depending on taste - increased AoE and Concentrated effect for example are viable Chest: Shoe: Hatt: Glove: - Auras can be anywhere, use enlighten supports as needed - Vaal blade vortex is recomended for extra dps - Alternate quality and awakened gems are not needed but nice!
Leveling
- Kill all bandits for extra skill points
- Level up using prefered leveling skill, BV is no fun at lower levels

8ex Bow Remember to get one with low Dex req, 170 max!! +1 gems, spell dmg, multicraft double dmg/support gems 1ex Rings Decent Circle of guilts 1x Less reserve/aura effect 1 Aura effect/phys dmg) 1ex Hatt enchant Pride aura is the cheapest on hubris, highly recomend crafting yourself either on a redeemer base for rmr or essence rmr) 9ex Large Cluster jewels (easy to craft yourself for much less) 3x physical: Battle Hardened, Force multiplier and Iron breaker 10ex Medium cluster jewels (craft yourself costs much less) 2x Purposeful Harbringer 1x Pure might, guile and aptitude. 2x Self Control - The rest of mediums are Replenishing presence or for budget first among equals - This is the starting settup before you have a lot of rmr, as you go along and get lots of reduction, you can start to replace self control and pures with aura effect. 6ex Amulet Agate base for Str/int ilvl 82/83 - Buy/craft RMR on redeemer - Buy/craft +1 physical skill gem on warlord - Awaken combine Fix stats in harvest now or later 6ex Unnatural instinct Very good for reduction of cost for heralds you need to utilize purposefuls 5ex Conqueror's efficiency with RMR corruption 10ex Cobalt jewels with RMR Start out with just ES/RMR, upgrade later) 10ex Chest Decent vaal regalia with explotion 5ex Boots belt and gloves These are bonus slots, they dont need any particular stat to make the build work. 1c - 2ex Quiver Multi are the most important. My gear is a lot now, but i actualy did this as leaguestart.
Granted it was very rough before i got the means to start crafting. But 100ex would get you going just fine, and if you craft some of the pieces yourself even a 50ex budget is doable for a great toon! On a 6ex budget i would start out as a regular BV, mabe with fire conversion or cold conversion. And morph into this as you gain power and currency. I started out doing this build at zero on leaguestart and it was very rough and not recomended..
