Gameplay Help and Discussion - Metal plates on enemies ? - Forum

Can you tell me why all the enemies I hit have metal plates on them? Where does this effect come from? I have tried everything; Removing my stuff, changing weapons, removing my support gems ... It seems to come from the skill tree, but what exactly? Thank you.
