Tried just now, it says Unable to resolve hostname. I Just found out that opening the website through web browser in phone is possible, but opening the website while using hotspot is not. Is it a problem with my PC?

very much sounds like it. Could be a DNS problem or something like this.......

Thank you for your post, it just resolved the same issues I just had when trying to connect via mobile hotspot!
