I always used my mobile hotspot for playing the game, it's good for weeks and suddenly it won't even connect to the website. Had to use wifi to connect to the website, problem is the game is unplayable with my wifi connection because family used it to play youtube 24/7. litterally 1800ms ping, any solution?

I'm sorry to hear this! Generally speaking, when possible, we recommend a wired connection with a broadband connection. When it comes to mobile hotspots, there's only a few limited options that we can suggest due to the nature of a mobile hotspot and how they work.
Some mobile carriers have limits on their hotspots. Do you know if you currently have one? Is it possible to use another source for internet?

I've checked causes such as network setting changes but there's none, VPN does work with the mobile hotspot and the Wifi but the ping is sad (180-400ms)
Also, wired connection doesn't help. it stays the same, might be because
My Broadband ISP is known for having bad connection issues with Singapore Servers (I'm from indonesia) and it's frustrating so i used Mobile Data hotspot.
It won't let me to connect to pathofexile.com but other webs are fine, connection is also good. I just don't know what's happening
Is there anything else i can try?

Well if you suddenly can't connect to GGG website and servers when using your mobile ISP, then I think you will need to talk to them.
Maybe they are blocking your trafic because you have used to much.

Well if you suddenly can't connect to GGG website and servers when using your mobile ISP, then I think you will need to talk to them.
Maybe they are blocking your trafic because you have used to much.
I still have data i bought weeks back, that shouldn't be the case. I mean like, why only poe web and game cant connect but others can? I'm confused

Well a ISP can block trafic or have his trafic blocked.
So there are 2 things that should be checked -->
1. Contact the mobile ISP and ask why you can no longer access these sites / ask for logs / ask for confermation that nothing is blocked.
2. Find the public IP you get when you use the mobile ISP and give that IP to GGG so they can check their logs for any info here.

Hi there,
On a mobile device, sometimes I have found it can help to turn off the device's ability to connect to the internet for a few minutes then, turn these functions back on. Can you try this for your mobile hotspot? If not, can you try running a WinMTR on the computer while using your hotspot?
