Unexpected Disconnect / Abnormal Disconnect

So as of February 17th I've had a ton of connection issues with the game. I've gone through numerous forum posts on here and reddit trying to resolve the issue but I haven't found a fix. Reinstalling, changing in game settings, flushing DNS, using client instead of steam, Nvidia computer settings, etc. Unfortunately I also haven't been able to email tech support as both times I have been directed here, so, I'm hoping I can resolve the issue. As I said before, it only started happening yesterday. I have hundreds of hours on wireless connections and it hasn't been an issue yet so I don't imagine it's that. In my log file I've found both these errors:

Connecting to instance server at 216.52.30.144:6112
2021/02/18 20:44:39 89568140 1c9 [DEBUG Client 12808] Connect time to instance server was 32ms
Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred.

Its gotten to the point of me not even being able to play the game. Regardless of load screen or sitting in town or in the middle of a map. This is the only error outside of complete crash to windows. SO far I haven't seen any recent forum posts that specify this error. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Any solutions found? Is this something on GGG's end? Any help would be appreciated. I really want to play.

As of 9:00 US MT I can't login without being disconnected instantly. I don't have this issue with any other program or streaming feature on my PC, just POE. I've scoured the forums for hours split between today and the 17th with no fix known. Every post I've seen has 0 staff replies. It doesn't seem that to many people experience it but the ones that do have no solutions currently.

These are 2 different WinMTRs' I ran on the California (US) server and Washington DC server.
I think I've also been experiencing this, constant unexpected disconnects, trouble logging back in right away etc. I've run through all the typical troubleshoots for poor internet connections, and I'm very confident it isn't anything on my internet/PC's end.

You mentioned that you are getting a complete crash. Can you elaborate on this a little bit? Are you getting a crash to the desktop? If so, would it be possible to request a DXDiag so we can look into this further?

To generate a Dxdiag report, please follow these steps:

Press the windows key + r on your keyboard to bring up the Run interface
Type dxdiag into the run dialogue box and press enter
When the dxdiag application starts up, press the Save All Information button in the bottom right and save the report to your desktop then post as a pastebin response.

I'm not sure how much this will help, considering 99% of the issues is that Abnormal Disconnection. The crashes are very few are far between.

Most recent WinMTR I ran, I can no longer enter the game past the character selection screen. If I wait I get a disconnection and if I try to get on a character I immediately disconnect back to login. Every other program is stable, I've reinstalled twice now--back on steam again-- and verified files.
Yes this is rampant now. I'm seeing posts about Frontier and now we have a Qwest person up above. Something is seriously not working in the routes being used here

Can confirm, VPN 100% fixed this issue.
