acquisition error

when i trying to connect acquisition the system message WARN 2021-02-16T22:21:51.584 Couldn't fetch character list: "https://www.pathofexile.com/character-window/get-characters" due to error: "Host requires authentication" Aborting update.
cant connect please help me ! |

" You have no chars showing on the website so that's properly why. Either you have deleted all your chars (by doing an account link worng) or something is wrong with your account privicy settings. i ve got 4 characters on ritual leauge and around 10 character at standart league. didnt delete any of them. still can play with them but can't see them pathofexile.com or cant enter acquisition.

none of them marked as hide. the problem is not about that. in my opinion my steam accout e-mail address is same with pathofexile.com . that's why my characters are not shown pathofexile.com

" I think the problem is that you have 2 accounts now. So you need to do this --> 1. get GGG support to delete this PoE web account you don't need. 2. on the web site use the LOGIN WITH STEAM option. 3. ADD an e-mail to your PoE steam account. 4. already sent e mail to tech support. still waiting respond from them. as you said problem about 2 methods but 1 e-mail adress. when i trying to login with steam it gives an error.
