Questions about Abyss Jewels with conditional minion stats

I have 2 question about jewels like the one bellow:





1. Do the effects like "Minions deal X% increased damage if you've used minion skill recently" or "Minions have X% increased attack and cast speed if you or your minions have killed recently" stack if I have them on multiple jewels?

2. Can this first effect ("Minions deal X% increased damage if you've used minion skill recently") be activated by a skill triggered by "Cast when channeling" or do I have to cast it myself to make it work?

2) no "using a skill" requires pressing a button.
