lost items

ok wtf ggg i was running a t3 vaults of atizi map when i suddenly got dc'd and when i finally got back it my map was gone and so was everything i had picked up in the map for real ggg WTF?!?!

no real point to the post past venting, you won't get anything from them (at best they would try guide you to some trouble shooting steps)
The way the game saves data like items picked up, it isn't every second or every time you pick something up it is periodical and every time you put things into the stash, there will be a time where you get DC'd and it will be between saves...when you come back on the inventory is at the last saved state (without the looted items), it's not done more often because it would be a serious strain on the servers. except ive had it happen at other times and its always saved the items regardless but it took everything they least ggg can do is give me my t3 vaults of atziri back

ok wtf ggg just did it again i started a fucking map and got dc'd and when i came back the fucking map is gone

Unfortunately, we are unable to restore any items or instances under any circumstances, for a variety of reasons. I understand that these situations can be very frustrating, especially if rare or high-level areas and items are lost.
