Glitch using "haste" + "phase" w/ prismatic jewel equipped

I just got a prismatic jewel that has "phasing while under the effect of haste"... I also have haste aura. When the haste aura is activated I receive the effect of phasing, however a big black box appears in the middle of the screen. This flickers in and out rapidly, completely obscuring most of the center of the screen. Please assist.

***update***
Was able to fix by removing my "elder" micro-transaction body piece... so apparently the phasing effect is covering my character's "body" but is having a problem with the micro-transaction "elder" cosmetic. Can this be patched so I can wear the Elder body piece that I bought???? Would appreciate it. |

Thanks for your report, we're currently investigating the issues with Phasing.
Do you have your Bloom setting turned up, by chance? Does the issue still occur if you set it to 25%? | |

I had the settings for bloom at 99%. Turned it down to 25% but still having the giant flickering/solid black box. It doesn't happen bon my other body armor cosmetics, just the Elder one.... so odd. And it's the Elder one I want to wear. Also just occurs when skills are in effect... doesn't happen in towns or hideout.

I posted on this weeks ago. And had a link to a vid. Voidwalker boots with phasing having the same problems. U can check out the link for the vid and see. Still no follow up though.
