Is there any limit to use the headhunter + Inspired learning jewels?

I used the one headhunter with two inspired learning jewels. they are located in the right places and surely 4 nodes are located. but it doesn't work at all. actually, I could see 2 stacks only. I expected 3 stacks.

Does anyone know the reason? when I remove the one jewel and I could see 2 stacks It's the same. one jewel doesn't work?

I remember I used 3 jewels and headhunter at the same time about 1-2 years ago
