Hovering Anointment Description WASN'T a problem on my Mac until after 3.13.1c.

In the patch notes it says this is fixed though I never had a problem. Maybe I was just being lucky because it wasn't doing this every time and I just didn't happen to come across one. Even now after the patch it's not happening every time, but it still does happen.
