Talisman loses the quality on Jorgin research upgrade, last league it still worked

I tried to craft an talisman for my build with the Betrayel research bench craft from Jorgin.
Before I upgrade i apply 20% quality because you can't modify corrupted items.
After i hit the talisman i wanted i noticed the quality was missing.
Here are some other tries and the quality was also missing there.





But after I transformed it it lost the quality.



i did the same back in heist but it still worked there.
The talisman still exist and still has the quality.

This just happened to me too.

Amulet lost it's attribute quality bonus after I upgraded.
