Can we discuss divine vessels on SSF

I am playing SSF HC and have yet to have a divine vessel drop and my character is lvl 96.25
I took a screenshot on another character showing that my loot filter does show them and make sound. https://gyazo.com/85088629d6f8e00f358345c04cacf757 Can we do something to make the pantheon remotely accessible for SSF player with even the slightest confidence? It'd be nice to craft these fuckers
10 divine life flask (20 quality, any rarity) + 1 immortal call gem (any quality or level) vendor; or 10 divine life flask (any quality / rarity) + 1 immortal call gem (20 quality, any level) vendor ----------------------------------------- Or get them from Sin, either as a quest reward for killing a pantheon god or through some other deterministic means. I get why they want to gate access to upgrades but they're ridic rare until you sorta kinda don't need the pantheon anymore except for reflect reduction. Only got one this league, levelled one char to 88 and my current on is on 94.
They completely broke the drop rate last league in the first week or so, then patched it, but seems it is borked again this league unless I'm just getting bad RNG. |

I'm at 2.5 EX and 0 vessels in Ritual. As somebody who never trades I've just resigned myself to the fact I will never get to engage with that mechanic. I sometimes find 1 during a league but I've never used any since they were added because they are so rare. Hopefully the 4.0 campaign mechanic will have a more realistically attainable progression system.
