Crashing game and unable to end task/kill process tree

So i encountered this problem yesterday for the first time and again today.
The game just crashes with no apparent reason, which in itself is not something new since PoE is not the most stable of games. The problem is i cant kill PoE process after that and it just keeps running in the background and uses up memory. Firefox, Discord, Steam and other programs in the meantime are responsive and running smoothly. When i try to kill the Process tree of "PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe" in the Details section of Task manager it says "This operation could not be completed access denied". Trying to restart PC just leads to Windows Restart screen, but it never actually restarts. I actually had shut down my PC with a button during that screen twice now. I'm not experiencing any issues with other games and it bothers me to do a hard shut down on my machine. My PC is new and i'm using Vulcan. Specs: Windows 10 up to date gtx 1650 super Ryzen 5 3600 16 Gb RAM Last bumped on Apr 18, 2021, 7:55:15 AM

I have the exact same issue. I also have the exact same CPU, im using vulkan, 16gb RAM, windows 10, gtx 1060 GPU.
I have to force shut down my pc. |

Bug is still active
game crash and must hardware reboot pc .. hoping it doesnt corrupt some windows file.. Very dangerous bug. Fix ASAP plz |
