Can't seem to disable sound in production_config.ini

I've set the values to false but it all still plays in game. I've done a full uninstall/reinstall as well. Any ideas?

Start the game like this -->
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PathOfExile_x64.exe" -ns

Then all sounds are disabled.
it's funny because sounds dose not have a negative impact on my game at all, not ever.

So, MAYBE you should be looking at your PC?
