Artifacting when using cobra lash with deadeye

i just ascended with my deadeye using cobra lash and i started seeing visual artifacts i have updated everything i use gtx 1660 super and i tested it with other characters and my game is fine only when using my deadeye i see those artifacts.

edit:my pc is fine too with other games and temps are fine overall my pc is good
edit 2:i just tested it with my sabo too with cobra lash and herald of ice and game runs fine
edit 3:i tested again with my sabo and the problem is still there it is something with the items related that is causing it otherwise my game runs fine
edit 4: ok my problem went away when i unequip my hrimsorrow gloves with an certain enchant in it. i think i solve my issue lol
