Beast Imprint of fractured item

I can imprint a fracture item in beastcraft, but cannot restore it to its magic state.

I think, this "Can't be applied on fractured items" should be protect for "inmprint, regal, fracture, restore"

But why can i imprint a already fractured item? Why do you not get a warning?
