Undisputed Best Hands of the High Templar on Ritual?

It's great mate. People are right, it misses the best possible stuffs aka max charge, and it could have gotten better curses. However enfeeble is pretty nice for a push to 100 and the attack speed is smooth. So yeah even if it is not meta, it is definitely a great item and you'll feel good playing with it!

double curse with enfeeble on melee gloves is really monka
decent for sure, nothing to get really too excited about tho

There is a big difference between something being generally the best undisputed item for that unique and being the best for a specific build. It may be the best for you but as people have pointed out, it's not the best you can get for those gloves.
