Uncharted realms - I don't check it :(

Hi guys,
as my header says, I don't check the mechanics of the uncharted realms. I have unlocked it and did 2 quests - The Hidden and The Formed - I got 4 passives to spend in the uncharted realms. So far so good. But: 1. There is a challenge called Allocate Uncharted Realm Passives 0/12. Where do I get 12 passives from, if each quest gives 2 passives? Should be 10, right? I did all Maven quests succesfully and finished the challenges. Doing all 10 boss encounters on the atlas, doesn't give any passive for it. 2. As I mentioned before, I spend 4 passives in the uncharted realms tree. My challenge says 3/12. Why? See the screen below. Could someone please explain me, where to get 12 points and why my challenge says 3/12? TY in advance.  "Imagination is more important than knowledge.
