SIEGEBREAKER NOT WORKING

My last post didn't get any attention so i made a video testing this and actually does not work
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQXEIK2P0gc As you can see from 1:00 in the video the monster is not taking any damage from the caustic ground created by siegebreaker on minion death. That is a very low level monster (act2 part 1) so no chaos resistance. Pls fix. Ty. Last bumped on Feb 4, 2021, 12:50:54 PM

I've refunded minion instability and is still not working even without it. So it's not a problem with the keystone.
