Cannot Capture Queen of the Great Tangle from Jungle Valley in a Vessel

Hey there I'm having trouble completing the "Complete Ritual Encounters V" challenge, because every time I use a Vessel to capture the Jungle Valley boss it doesn't work.

I have tried twice to capture it now, once I ran into the room and killed everything then the boss spawned which I killed within the radius of the ritual and the vessel at the end was just filled with normal monsters. I tried again, this time on a Twinned map, and just ran around killing nothing until the bosses spawned. I then once again killed them within the ritual radius ran the ritual and got a vessel without the unique boss.

For what it's worth the second time I 100% did not see the boss spawn once I activated the ritual, I'm unsure about the first time.

Apparently this is affecting many people. Here is a screenshot below of the 2nd attempt I made with a bug #.

Just wanted to post an update as I have now managed to get this boss into a vessel.

On this attempt I ran straight through the map ignoring everything until I got to the boss room, in the boss room I ran around killing nothing until the boss spawned and I then gave the boss a decent amount of time to live before killing it and finally I managed to have it spawn when I activated the ritual. I don't know what, if any, step helped here or if it was just RNG, but I just wanted to post this update to possibly help others or the people at GGG attempting to fix it.

Exact same problem here, after 30 Jungle Valleys I thought that there is something wrong with me :/

Same here. the queen seems to not spawn in the ritual eventhough the altar is in boss room. happens for more than 10 times now

it works , as a summoner its hard to get. if im correct that boss has 2 phase, im waitin a bit around edges then kill the boss

Same. It is rare to get ritual altar spawn in boss area and then when it happens boss just wouldn't be spawn in ritual. Managed to get 2 times altar in boss area, killed boss within altar area and nothing.
Kinda stupid to kite around until boss spawns and then kill all.

Update. I did as previous post suggested, no result for me and i had two tries. Killed boss room spawns after boss had spawned (altar was not activatable during boss fight) and still boss itself did not spawn in ritual. Guess i try again.

Same here - two times I got the ritual in the boss arena, boss definitely died in the ritual circle and when I filled up the blood vessel, it did not contain the boss in it.

A quick bump - same problem here

Did it twice - full clear & boss shrine last, and pretty sure I clicked the shrine after I killed the boss.

Read a few forum threads, so next run I did this:
- add a divine vessel (i didn't have this boss captured for Sin)
- run through the map ignoring everything straight to the boss
- place a portal inside the boss room, TP out
- TP in, wait for a boss to spawn while i'm invulnerable
- don't kill her instantly, kite for 10-15 seconds, then kill.

After that I activated the ritual - and boom, boss respawned in a ritual and I was able to vessel it.

IDK, maybe will work for someone else.
