Can I run on this rig in 2021?

I haven't played PoE for like 2 years or so. I wonder if I could still run this game on my rig. I used to run it before but I've read some things like PoE can't run on 4gb RAM anymore.

Same specs like you except its GTX 650 only and 8 gb ram , running on low to medium settings and it feels great , but this league's constant DC/crash/error problems are just stupid

Default client graphics setting, recently launched client, sitting in empty h/o:
PoE process consuming 4.5Gb RAM and 2Gb VRAM Whenever I go to town or open a map: 6Gb RAM + 3.5Gb VRAM. I'd say any rig below 8Gb RAM, 4Gb VRAM will have hard time in PoE these days, disregarding of the game settings. Problem: impostor syndrome
