Missing Medium Cluster Jewel

Not sure if this is a known issue or some freak occurrence, but a medium cluster jewel completely vanished from my passive tree. I logged in today to find 5 passive points available and the missing jewel to be the cause, but oddly enough after purchasing a new one and socketing it, the small cluster jewel I had in my tree was still there, albeit still unallocated.

Definitely has to be a bug unless I'm missing something. I tried intentionally removing the medium jewel after reallocating all of my passives for it and the small jewel and was unable to with the small jewel still socketed.

The missing medium jewel had Warning Call and Lead By Example and the small jewel was Kitava's Teachings.
