I had the same issue… Patch 3.13.2 seems to have fixed the issue with the dark, shadowy, blurry screen on MacOS. Works GREAT now. Thnx GGG :)

I am still having this issue. Every area that is underground is completely black except for Spells and waypoints. Areas above ground have no issue.
