"Allocates (enchant): ..." filter causes strange weight impact when using Weighted Sum

Using any weight for Lucidity the calculated weight of the "best" item is so large it is rendered in exponential format (e.g. Sum: 6.209e+4). My interpretation of this attribute in the search is it is either on or off when allocated or not. If the weight given is 1000 then having the passive allocation present on the item should contribute 1000 weight to that particular item.
