Ryzen here too, game crashing constantly.
Ryzen 7 1700x
1080 8gb
16gb Ram
Win 10

No 3rd party applications and no overclocking, just for the info.
Same here, constant crashes with no error message.

Ryzen 1600
GTX 1080
16gb ddr3
win10
Try to delete ShaderCache folders. It helps to me
Same here. Crashes even AFK-ing in hideout. Started since yestreday patch.

R5 1600
RTX 2060
16 GB 3200
970 Evo Plus
Win10 Pro 20H2 x64 with Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling enabled

Deleting my PoE folder in documents (contains settings/filters and cache) seems to have fixed it. Although people should probably only delete the cache, I just wanted to reset it all because my folder was 2 years old without playing inbetween then and now.

Some players are client crashing shortly after launching the game.
Try deleting your DailyDealCache, MOTDCache and ShopImages if you're encountering this

Note, I haven't played long enough to confirm it's fixed for sure. Also didn't disable SMT yet, but if that works for some people it might be a seperate issue (despite me using a ryten with SMT on).

EDIT: Still crashes.

same here, had alot of crashes since patch (like 3+ per non-juiced T10 map)

AMD Ryzen 5
GForce GTX 1060 3GB

It seems to be solved for me since I disabled hyper threading in bios cpu features. Ran several Harbinger maps in row now without a crash.

The combination of
hyperthreading (bios) AND multithreading (poe settings)
caused the crashes.

Performance without multithreading was horrible, so I disabled hyper, which seems to be ok performance so far.

ingame settings:
vulkan/lowest/recommended
dynamic culling/resolution enabled
all sounds disabled except dialogues
drivers updated

things that did not help:
switch from vulkan to DX
switch predictive/lockstep/auto
switch server (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan)

I can confirm that this workaround has gotten me playing for 30mins uninterrupted. Before I was also experiencing what has been described by others of crashing after 2-3mins. I am also on Ryzen.

All I did was disable hyperthreading in BIOS setting. For me it was called SMT (simulataneous multithreading).

Figured I would share as it may help debugging or as a temporary workaround for others.

Disabling SMT has completely fixed it for me (on a ryzen 7 1700)
Same issue

Ryzen 5 1600 / Radeon RX560

Omg, can crash even in the login menu
May peace be with you, exile.

ryzen 5 1400 1050ti
Ryzen 5 1600 GTX 1060 same issue as of the last patch. It crashed a few times before but it crashes constantly now.

Haven't tried the SMT workaround yet.
