High Latency on Singapore realm

I don't know what is wrong with PoE lately, I always got high or unstable latency when play on the Singapore realm.
here I tried to run the winMTR but I don't know what is wrong

Sometime I tried playing on Australia realm and the latency was stable but I suffer from high latency since Australia is kind of far.

Experiencing the same.

In the main screen where you can choose the gateway it says the ping is 20-30ms, but when I get into the game there is visible latency. This has never happened to me before in previous leagues. I have tried other gateways but there is still lag since singapore is the closest gateway I am to.
I am having the same issue.

I tried running an WinMTR as well. results below

Can someone from POE Tech team advise where is the issue

192.168.1.1 - 0 | 761 | 761 | 0 | 11 | 2166 | 0 |

Are you by any chance using WiFi connection in your home because the connection between your PC and the router/modem is FUCK UP unstable with latency spikes up to 2166 ms.....

Also the SG gateway physical design is flawed since you have 1 gateway spamning player instnaces over 2 differant ISP in SG = you instances jump between them so one can be good and the next bad.....

You looks to maybe have an issue with the connection between the router/modem in your home and your ISP's network out in the "road".
Make sure your router/modem is using latest firmware and if already, try to turn it off for 30+ minuttes to force an ISP reset.
Then test again (minimum 300+ packets).

Changed my ISP and reset my router. This is the new output.

seeing a 17% loss not sure if this is worse

Hmm, how can you change your ISP supplier so fast ??
Is that a wireless connection to your ISP between your home and ISP network ??

But yes, it looks much better. The 17% packet loss is not real.

My annual sub got over and i tested a new ISP provider for a month and if the packet loss is not much then ill renew this one for a year

I am using a LAN cable connecting directly to the router - the router has a line going to the society setup box where the ISP has hosted his server thats why fewer number of hops i guess.

Thanks for the advice mate ! idk why the 17% packet loss is not real, if there's something i can read up to understand do let me know cheers

Some devices have an icmp prioritization policy active witch means that they only reply to ICMP packets if they are not under heavy load.
