Heist with no lockdown timer

Hello guys,

I'm running heists in the ritual league, but for some reason there is no countdown timer - once I pick up the target object it instantly the lockdown instantly happens. It is the same for all contracts, even standard ones so there is no special mods on it. Any ideas?

The lockdown always happens instantly when you pick the target.

It does not start instantly if you just open chests etc... Unless the heist is magic or rare and has the mod that lockdown starts instantly when the bar is full.
