I ran a diagnostic and my Ram is fine (16 gigs)

not sure what's happening but its the first time I've seen this since my return 2 weeks ago.

Same problem as the op, I also reinstalled the game after the problem started occurring.

Im experiencing the exact same issue, have you found a fix? Iv had 9 crashes today alone. Running POE through stream, old ram and brand new ram (came yesterday) same result. Iv done tests on ram with all passes. Verified game files with no success in fixing the issue.

Still have this issue..

I have the same issue. It got better this weekend. Then i started a new char and it crashed 5 times today at the same spot in lab, after second itzaro fight when im leaving the area.

My other char in maps doesnt have the issue atm, but had a lot of crashes earlier in the league with the same message.

I have done the pack check with no issues.

Besides this i am really enjoying the league.

Completed pack check, everything is fine. But game still crashes. You need detail logs

Same here, this is happening from the heist league & they did nothing about it , this is not only for amd gpu also for nvidia $ its not about ram because are many ppl with 32 gb ram with the same problem , this will not be resolved because it wasnt in the last 4 months , plenty of time .....well, its time to stop playing this game , for me...have fun

i'm having the same issue, i did a pack check and it said that there were no issues idk how to fix it

Getting this error on my wife's computer. Running the game through steam. Did a verify integrity check and nothing came from that.

My wife's computer is the one having the issue as mine is not. Biggest difference is she is using an AMD GPU and mine is an Nvidia GPU. Can provide a dxdiag if it helps. Here is the top portion related to the hardware.
