Runtime error!

Everytimes i try to load the Vaal City in act 7, my game crash in the loading screen or 2 seconds after i spawned in the map. I tried to uninstall the game then install it again, put all graphics/resolution at low and even launch the game as admin. But nothing solved the problem. Please, can you help me?
