Assailum "snipe" can miss even with Resolute Technique

I've noticed the snipe ability granted by Assailum doesn't always hit, even with Resolute Technique.
It even shows the "miss" animation when missing, must be a bug - can someone confirm? Last bumped on Jan 25, 2021, 2:22:05 PM
