Harvest Crafting Benches Stuck Autoscrolling Down

Has anyone seen the bug where your Harvest craft choices are stuck on the bottom page, and if you try to scroll up it snaps back down? Any solution?
The Hortistation in the centre of the Sacred Grove scrolls normally, but the 4 gardens that have new crafts are all stuck autoscrolling downwards.
