Is Added Fire Damage to Spells a no no for RF builds?

Trying to find a better sceptre than to upgrade but all of the ones I See that have over 90% total fire damage and the other, all have fire damage to spells and I've been told that will mess up Elemental Equilibrium so I'm at a loss atm.

your build probably has plenty of %fire damage.

instead, look for one with +1 all fire gems and more fire DOT multi.

Theres not a single one with fire damage multiplier and fire gems anywhere at all.
