Tukohama's Tooth - The Father of War (Bug?)

I've completed the quest and this Tooth is still in the inventory, is it used in a later act or something? I can't simply delete it...

I'd like to know this as well. I'm in Act 7 now and still have the following in my inventory:
1. Hinekora's Hair 2. Tukohama's Tooth 3. Valako's Jaw Do these ever get used? |
