Maven's invitation Activation failed. You have not collected enough bosses in this atlas region

I have a Maven's invitation: The formed (4 shaper guardians). I tried using it but it says "Activation failed. You have not collected enough bosses in this atlas region".
Before collecting the fourth boss I could not even use it on the map device, saying 3/4. After doing the fourth boss I could click the Activate button but it will say the error message.
This may be related, that I had an encounter with one of the bosses in Zana's mission map with the Maven witness (which should be impossible), then when doing the boss again with my own map I can call the Maven again to witness it.
The invitation is now unusable, and I cannot even call the Maven to witness the maps anymore.

was my 10th maven fight. Killed boss, dropped invitation, cant START closeby Ritual. Cant start invitation (1/10 now again...) She counted twice?

I have the same issue. Did you find any solution or is it really a bug?

ok, I solved my problem.
I dropped the form invitation, when i added it to map device it said 1/4 bosses completed, so i did the rest of guardians and the button in device stoped being grey but when i tried to start the invitation is said "activation failed. not enough bosses collected".
The problem was, I did minotaur in zana mission so it was not witnessed by Maven, even tho it shoved as 1/4 bosses completed in the beggining. So I completed the invitation and now I have uncharted realms open. I recieved the quest after completing first 10boss.

Same here. Collected Lex Proxima 10/10 invitation.
Can´t activate it because map shows only 4/10 bosses done..

Same issue. Was showing 3/4, killed Eradicator with the invitation, now when I activate it just throws listed error.
It is not even saying which region I should collect more bosses. Because the invitation has no area.
Looks like some critical issue missed by QAs related to Zana missions with guardians.
GGG, any help on this?

I have two now so far, the Tirn's End one won't activate and the Twisted won't activate. I just killed 10 for Tirn but now says 1/4. The Twisted invitation dropped but now reads 0/4 despite I just killed all 4 and just instantly resets to 0/4. Wasn't the whole point was to get the invitation then use it?

I think I might have a clue what happened however, I had Zana on the maps that day due to the Sextant. I went in killed the boss, got the invitation, then ran my Zana. If it hits the same region it might reset the counter before you actually run the Invitation.

Same issue Lex Proxima invitation.

Says Maven has not witnessed enough encounters. Ok?

I have same issue.

I have ensured the Maven icon was shining prior opening the map. I killed all 4 Shaper Guardians as stated in the Maven invitation but the system does not record the killed as it does not show the "Maven witness" notification as always shown in map bosses.
