Demonic Eye MTX(Vaal War Banner)

Hello,
I recently purchased the Demonic Eye Banner skin. It says it applies to war banner. However it will not let me apply it to vaal war banner? I imagine this is a bug as other MTX let me apply them to vaal skills. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2021, 7:55:07 PM
