Lazy playstyle Builds (No minions)??

Hey guys

These topics are propably asked alot but i am kinda curious myself if you could suggest some easy to play builds for lazy people like me.
I was lately playing a vortex occultist with 3 spellslingers which was already lovely....just spamming Power siphon all the time and spellslinger did the rest.
I am not really much into minion builds...thats quite to easy.

i am also asking because a friend i was playing with, used an old 3.11 detonated dead build and totally screwed it now.

How is for example...Toxic Rain? on PoE Ninja it seems to be played quite alot but i havent really touched it yet?

You know some other lazy playstyle builds?
